What files can I send?
A sketch, a logo, a photo or just an idea. There is no file upload: put your file on Google Drive, Dropbox or similar and paste the link in the form.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No. You can order a single custom cutter.
How is a custom cutter priced?
A custom cutter costs the Detailed price for its size plus $2, from $3.99 at 1 in. A 3 in custom cutter is $7.85. Choose any of the 17 sizes and any of the 9 colors. The price depends only on the size. Custom cutters don't count toward the buy 3 offer.
What sizes can you make?
Any size from 1 in to 9 in, in half-inch steps. Size is the longest side of the cutter. See the size guide.
What if it doesn't match my proof?
Custom cutters can't be returned. If the cutter doesn't match the proof you approved, we remake it.
Is there anything you won't make?
We may decline designs that use someone else's trademark or copyright without permission, or that are offensive. When you send artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it.
