Orders are made to order and usually ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, except US federal holidays). Ship times are estimates, not guarantees. We email you tracking when your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders of $35 or more after discounts ship free with USPS Ground Advantage. Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are charged.

We ship within the US, from Florida, by USPS. Pick Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express at checkout. See the shipping policy for details.

Once your order ships, delivery time is up to USPS. Your tracking link shows the carrier's estimate.

You can cancel an order until it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Buy 3 or more single cutters and you get 50% off. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Sets and custom cutters don't count.

Checkout is hosted by Shopify. You can pay with a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Diners Club), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Amazon Pay. We never see your card number.

Size is the longest side of the cutter. A standard cookie is about 3.5 in. The size guide shows what each size is good for.

17 sizes, from 1 in to 9 in in half-inch steps. 1 in is the smallest size, for single shapes, sets and custom cutters.

Outline cuts the outer shape only and leaves the inside blank for icing, sprinkles or fondant. Detailed cuts the same shape and also presses the design lines into the dough. Most designs come in one style. A design with "Outline" in its name is Outline only.

Random, Black, Blue, Green, Orange, Pink, Red, White or Yellow. Every color costs the same.

Single cutters start at $1.89 for 1 in. The price goes up with size and is shown on each product page. A set costs half of what its pieces cost on their own.

Plastic. Every cutter is made to order and ships from Florida.

Wash in warm, soapy water before first use and after each use, then towel dry. Keep it out of the dishwasher; very hot water can warp the cutter. Use separate cutters for polymer clay and for food.

No. Every cutter is made to order and used with food, so we can't accept returns or exchanges. See the refund policy.

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a replacement at no cost.

If tracking shows the package was delivered, or there is other proof of delivery, it isn't eligible for a refund or a replacement, but we can help you open a USPS inquiry.

If tracking still shows only that a shipping label was created, with no USPS scan, 7 days after our shipping confirmation email, the package never entered the mail. We refund the order in full, including shipping, to your original payment method.

If USPS scanned the package but it stopped moving and never shows as delivered, contact us with your order number. We help you open a USPS search request and file a claim. We don't refund or reship these ourselves.

Yes. Send a sketch, a logo or a photo through the custom order form. We usually reply with a proof within one business day. We make your cutter after you approve the proof. It usually ships within 1 to 3 business days after approval. Ship times are estimates, not guarantees. It's worth a look through the 900+ shapes first.

A custom cutter costs the Detailed price for its size plus $2, from $3.99 at 1 in. A 3 in custom cutter is $7.85. Choose any of the 17 sizes, from 1 in to 9 in, and any of the 9 colors. The price depends only on the size. Custom cutters can't be returned, but if yours doesn't match the proof you approved, we remake it.

Yes, on orders of 100 or more cutters. We quote the price and the lead time for each order. Send your request through the wholesale form and we usually reply within one business day. Wholesale orders can't be returned.
