Who we are

Custom Cookie Supply is a trade name of ZR Creative LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In these terms, "Custom Cookie Supply", "we", "us" and "our" mean ZR Creative LLC, and "you" means the person using our website or buying from us.

We sell plastic cookie cutters at customcookiesupply.com. Every cutter is made to order and ships from Florida.

These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us. Please read them before you order. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping policy and Refund policy are part of these terms. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the permission of a parent or guardian. Some of our designs are adult novelty items, meant for adults only. We sell to addresses in the United States only.

Using the site

You may use the site to browse and buy our products. Please do not misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, copying it in bulk, scraping it with automated tools, or using it for anything unlawful. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Our store runs on Shopify. Shopify's own terms also apply to its checkout and services.

Our products

• Size is measured on the longest side of the cutter. Because every cutter is made to order, the actual size and details can vary slightly from the listing.
• Style: Outline cuts the outer shape only. Detailed cuts the same outer shape and also presses the design lines into the dough. Most designs come in one style.
• Color: colors can look a little different on your screen. If you choose Random, we choose the color.
• Photos: the first photo of many products shows a decorated cookie for ideas. You get the plastic cutter. Cookies, icing and decorations are not included.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send when you place it means we received it. We accept your order when we ship it. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong, an order looks fraudulent, or an order uses a design we will not make. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices, taxes and errors

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the site and at checkout. Sales tax, where it applies, and shipping are added at checkout, before you pay. We may change prices at any time. The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the one that applies.

We try to keep every price and description correct, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error in the price or description of something you ordered, we will contact you before we ship. You can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Buy-3 discount and other offers

Buy 3 or more single cutters and get 50% off, applied automatically at checkout. Sets and custom cutters do not count. Sets are already priced at half of what their pieces cost on their own. We may change or end this offer at any time. The offer shown at checkout when you place your order is the one that applies.

Discount codes and other offers follow the terms shown with them. Offers have no cash value and do not apply to past orders.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's hosted checkout and the payment methods shown there, such as credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. We do not see or store your full card number. You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose. Orders may be checked for fraud before we accept them.

Shipping and risk of loss

Our Shipping policy explains how and where we ship. Ship times are estimates, not guarantees. Title to your order and the risk of loss pass to you when we hand your package to USPS. Our Refund policy explains what we do if a package is lost, missing or arrives damaged.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges, because every cutter is made to order for use with food. You can cancel an order until it ships. If a cutter arrives damaged or broken, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost. Our Refund policy has the details.

Product use and care

• Our cutters are made of plastic. They are for food and craft use, such as cookie dough, fondant, polymer clay and play dough.
• Wash in warm, soapy water before first use and after each use, then towel dry.
• Keep them out of the dishwasher; very hot water can warp a cutter. Do not put them in an oven or microwave.
• Use separate cutters for polymer clay and for food.
• Cutters are not toys. Supervise children when they use them.
• Stop using a cutter that is cracked or damaged.

What you make with our cutters

You may use the cutters you buy to make cookies and other items, including items you sell or give away. What you make is your responsibility, not ours. That includes:

• following the laws that apply to you and your business, such as health, food handling, labeling, allergen, licensing, permit and tax rules (for example, your state's cottage food rules),
• the ingredients, preparation, packaging and storage of what you make,
• the designs and decorations you add, including not using someone else's trademark, character or artwork without permission,
• anything you say about what you make or sell.

We do not claim that our cutters meet any certification or standard for commercial use. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any claim, loss, fine or penalty that comes from items you make, sell or give away.

Custom orders

• You send us a sketch, logo, photo or idea through our custom order form. We send you a proof. We make it only after you approve the proof.
• By sending us artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that making it into a cutter does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• We may decline any design, including designs that use someone else's trademark or copyright without permission, or that are offensive.
• Please check your proof carefully. We make the cutter to match the proof you approve. If it does not match, we will remake it, as our Refund policy explains.
• You keep the rights you have in your artwork. You allow us to use it to make your order. If your design is generic, such as a common shape or idea, and not a logo, a business or personal name, or a photo of a person, you also allow us to make and sell cutters based on it in our store.
• We own the design files we create to make your cutter.

Wholesale orders

Orders of 100 or more units get wholesale pricing. We quote the price and lead time for each request. The quote sets the price and lead time; these terms cover everything else. Wholesale orders are made to order and cannot be returned.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including our shape designs, design files, photos, text, logos and the Custom Cookie Supply name, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or make products from them without our written permission.

Buying a cutter lets you use that cutter. It does not give you rights in the design, and you may not copy the cutter or its design.

If you believe something on our site infringes your rights, email us with the details and we will look into it.

Content you send us

When you send us a message or a form submission, such as a custom order or wholesale request, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We use it to reply to you and handle your request, as our Privacy policy describes. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

Other companies' services

Our site uses services from other companies, such as Shopify for the store and checkout, Amazon Pay for payments and USPS for delivery, and it may link to other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them. We are not responsible for their services or content.

Damaged items and no other warranties

Damaged on arrival: if a cutter arrives damaged or broken, or is not what you ordered, and you tell us within 14 days of delivery, we send you a replacement at no cost, as our Refund policy explains.

Apart from that replacement, our cutters are sold as is. To the extent the law allows, we give no guarantee and make no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

The website itself is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our products, or from items you make with them. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, if someone makes a claim against us because of artwork you sent us, items you make, sell or give away using our products, your misuse of the site, or your breach of these terms.

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, power or internet outages, carrier or postal disruptions, or supply shortages. If such an event delays your order, we will tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund before it ships.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem with an order, please email us first. Most problems can be fixed quickly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute we cannot resolve informally will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. This section does not take away any right you have under the law of your state that cannot be waived.

General

• These terms, together with our Shipping policy and Refund policy, and any proof you approve or wholesale quote we send, are the whole agreement between you and us about your order.
• If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a part of these terms, we have not waived it.
• We may transfer our rights and duties under these terms, for example if the business is sold. You may not transfer yours without our written permission.
• You agree that we may send you notices and order emails electronically, and that they meet any requirement for a notice in writing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order. We will change the "Last updated" date when we make changes.
