Processing time
Orders are made to order and usually ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, except US federal holidays). Ship times are estimates, not guarantees.
If your order will ship later than that, we email you a new estimated ship date. You can accept it or cancel for a full refund. To cancel, reply to that email.
Custom orders: We make your cutter after you approve the proof. It usually ships within 1 to 3 business days after approval. Ship times are estimates, not guarantees.
Wholesale orders: we quote the lead time with each order.
Where we ship from
Every cutter is made to order and ships from Florida.
Carrier
We ship with USPS. At checkout you can choose USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, before you pay.
Orders of $35 or more after discounts ship free with USPS Ground Advantage. Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are charged at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Delivery times
Once your order leaves us, delivery time is set by the carrier. We cannot promise a delivery date, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Check your address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can only change the address before the order ships. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we will contact you and reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.
Lost, missing or damaged in transit
If your package is lost, missing or arrives damaged, see our Refund policy. In short: a package that tracking shows as delivered is not eligible for a refund or a replacement; a package USPS never scanned is refunded in full; and for a package USPS scanned that stopped moving, we help you open a USPS search request and file a claim.
