Description

This detailed shape captures the folds of a human brain. It is ideal for medical appreciation days or a science fair bake sale. Pipe white icing over the base to highlight the gyri and sulci.

A 3 to 4 in cutter works well for a standard decorated cookie. Select from 9 colors. Every color costs the same, and Random is the default.

2 in suits minis and party trays. 3.5 in makes a standard cookie. 6 in and up makes statement cookies and cake toppers.

Material and care

Plastic, made to order. Use it with cookie dough, fondant, polymer clay or play dough.

Wash in warm, soapy water before first use and after each use, then towel dry. Keep it out of the dishwasher; very hot water can warp the cutter. Use separate cutters for polymer clay and for food.

Orders of $35 or more after discounts ship free with USPS Ground Advantage. Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are charged.

    This cutter worked for what I needed it for and was as described. My only issue is that it is very difficult to get the cookie dough out of the cutter. I wish it would have been two pieces, the cutter and then the design as a stamp as it would have been easier to get the cookies out. But ultimately it worked and arrived quickly and the cookies turned out great.

    I bought this to make "enlarged prostate" cookies. My husband is finishing treatment next week and I am hoping the radiology team find it as amusing as I do. Sometimes you have to find some joy in the more difficult circumstances. It's hard to find this design - thanks so much!

    Cute mold, but it was hard to get the dough out of the mold even with lots of flour. Dough still stuck on nooks and crannies after scrubbing with a toothbrush.

    Worked great with fondant. Harder with cookie dough unless you get the cookie dough to stick to the surface it is cut out on. I found that flipping it over to emboss with the top part of the cutter on cookie dough worked but then you can see the zig zag structural supports a bit. When you can get the cookie out of the shape it is great but just needs a way to get the dough out of the cutter without tearing the newly stamped cookie.
